No pain no scar service was great
I just sat on hold for 25 minutes trying to make my son an appointment. I would say something was wrong with the phone but I called twice and was put on hold a second time for 12 minutes before I hung up and called another doctor to see my son. Your machine kept stating that you cared. I can’t tell because you never came back to the phone. Thanks for wasting my time!
Had a appointment with them and was 20 min. early as they asked, and ran into the 2 hour waiting game due to the Dr was late. They did not inform me when I came in that this was already a problem. And when I did say something about the wait was told well we can reschedule you. This is rude and disrespectful they do not care if they inconvenienced you but if you are 5 min late you are charged and rescheduled. This hospital system is failing fast. Doctors need to be accountable for their actions and fined for this.
