I went to Don Bohn Ford West bank to have my SUV worked on. in July they said there was corrosion on the battery, i paid to have it done. fast forward to October 13th. they said they had corrosion on the battery, wanted me to pay for it again, i refused to pay for it again. They then ran a test on the battery said the battery was fine, and after being in the dealership for hours, they come back and tell me the battery had a bad cell that they had to replace the battery, so they replaced the battery, then they come back and s... read more
Great Service! I Loved our sales man (Rocky)!
My salesman, Sang, was really helpful and didn't push anything on me. I was very happy to work with him. If there is one thing I would suggest, it would be that the dealership put the cost of the dealer added accessories to the price of the vehicle on the website and not leave it as a suprise. It definitely feels like they are pulling a fast one on you and I really didn't care for that part.
