RecommendedOrdinally, I would recommend Bohn Ford service but the rep that served me only took care of 2 of 5 difficulties. He didn't know what a valet key was, even after asking around, I had to show him one from a same year town car. He didn't take care of getting the door code & I have to come back after the set of keys are made. The only item that was completely repaired was the door handle, then he explained why the windshield wipers don't work on intermittently.

Mr. Rocky is an AWESOME man. You can read his face, and know he isn't hiding anything, I'd play poker with this man. I'd most likely still lose, cuz my face is an open book also. I love the truck, except the rear view camera, I think all tech should be on phones, desk tops, & laptops; not on a 2,000 lb killing machine, (when distracted because of tech gadgets!) Only thing that would have made this experience any better, is if it had been a standard transmission!! I'd score Mr. Rocky, (if possible) 300+ out of 100%!!!

Purchased a 2015 Audi for $24,000 and within a month I had to replace all 4 tires for $932. Didn't realize tires were ball and wires coming out the inside of tire. Vehicle was not inspected properly and sold with bad tires. I was told nothing could be done.
This will have been my third visit to Bohn Ford, and I can easily say that they are a speedy recovery, yet reliable dealership. Short and simple just a good place to go to.
Mr. Johnson is an excellent sales representative he is thoughtful and tries to meet your every demand. Very accommodating, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Great Guy!
I want to express my appreciation for an excellent job on the service repair of my 2016 Ford F-150 Shelby Truck. In addition, I want to thank the service manager, Ray Landry and his service advisors, Terry & Mike for going over & beyond of getting these engine repairs done.
