RecommendedMy last service experience with Don Bohn Ford on 12/31/2018 was a very good experience. My needs were met in a very timely and professional manner. On 12/29/2018 I brought them my truck that had popped a DEF fault code and service engine light. Within an hour they had it diagnosed And it turned out being the DEF reservoir had a bad sensor and the reservoir needed to be replaced. In from out of town, we stopped in for a service call. While we waited, Julian was very helpful showing us some of the new and pre-owned inventory that we might be interested in when the time was right for us. He was knowledgeable, courteous and above all not annoyingly pushy.
