absolutely not! evidently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I called about one particular vehicle, made sure it was still there, and set an appointment to view the same day thru Tanya. we drove over an hour, received a text from the sales manager, Al, 20 min before arriving seeing when we would be in.
