I love, love, love this workout! I've done mostly weight training for years and thought I was in decent shape. This workout is intense and your muscles will burn and shake!! Im definitely challenged yet it's low impact and each workout is different. I'm addicted! Kristin is an amazing instructor!
What a find! I am away from home visiting friends and was having neck issues. I regularly see a wonderful chiropractor back home and am so grateful I decided to get help and not wait it out. This place is the real deal. I feel amazing and am so thankful for Dr. Beierle's skilled hands and kindness. The Ceragem massage table was amazing as well. I am really excited for my hands on massage tomorrow. What a comfort to have such a wonderful place I can seek out for care whenever I am visiting my friends.

This mornings workout went the next level! Simple kick butt!
Went in for a Pilates/Megaformer class: Dr. Bierle was awesome! Taught my fiancé and I the very basics and kept it simple. We had never done Pilates before and were able to experience a safe and effective session. Great facility!
Helped my back problem/pain tremendously. She is very thorough and truly cares about your well being. Thank you Dr. Kristen for my relieving me of my back pain.
My neck was super bad and I could barely turn it...within a few visits she had me all fixed up :)
