The most amazing workout with instructor Tiffany! I was able to feel a burn in places I could never at the gym or on my own. This is why this workout has quickly become my favorite. I’m 27 and workout 4-5 times a week but there were people in their late 60s in this class doing the same moves because it’s such a great workout and it’s low impact. I highly recommend BodyRestoration to anyone!
I love doing the megaformer at BodyRestoration! So satisfying to shake through my workout and see such quick development in my muscles. The coaches are very good at leading and motivating. I feel truly supported.
Amazing place! I started going here on the recommendation of my doctor after a neck injury. I have been going here for over a year now. I have done Chiropract, message (Erika is amazing), reformer and acupuncture. I tried the acupuncture because friends kept saying how effective there's had been. What a great class and workout! First time doing Pilates reformer and wow! I will definitely be going back. Kristin Brielle is so friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this workout.
I love this place! I take the megaformer classes regularly and highly recommend them to anyone trying to get in shape without spending hours at the gym. I have also had chiropractic care and acupuncture here and both are outstanding!
