I purchased a laser hair package on September 15, 2018 from this spa. I used 2 of the 7 services on my package when the owner, Donny Williamson, called me on November 5, 2018. He stated that the spa had to close and I would receive a refund in the amount of $500 for unused services. It's December 31, 2018 and I have received nothing. I have sent Donny text messages, phone calls, etc and still no money refunded.
