RecommendedI have been taking my vehicles to be serviced at the exemplary service department at Bodwell Chrysler Jeep even before I owned a Chrysler. When I was in the market for a new vehicle I knew Bodwell would by my first and only stop. The salesman Mike St. Pierre was amazing to work with. Great buying experience, they were very fair on their pricing and gave me Kelley Blue Book value for my truck. Mike St.Pierre was awesome and explained everything to me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. He went out of his way for me and would highly recommend him.

I bought my Journey from Bodwells and have had all of my regular servicing done there. (Fortunately never had any major issues with my car!) The service is stellar and always with a smile and sense of humor! The loaner car option allows me to drop my car and go to work, making fitting appointments into my schedule very easy and convenient. They go the extra mile with reminders and occasional holiday greeting calls! ��
I didn't like being hung up on after I called to discuss why my early morning service appointment turned into an all day event, I called because my wife called two times earlier that day & they would not call her back as pro.ised, I left the keep the night before so they could get to it first thing but I'm pretty sure they only started right before lunch, hence, why make an appointment with me but the big issue here is refusal to communicate & hanging up. I was not impolite, I wanted answers not a hang up
Very pleased with service and communication with loaner about when my car would be ready.
Approaching 2.5 hours wait for a simple “loon and check” recall and an inspection - which they forgot to do initially. Simply poor service.
