They had my Jeep Patriot for 10 days. I told them the code that kept showing up. Because it was not showing code after sitting in their parking lot for 10 days they could not fix. Was the 60.00 charge rent for my vehicle. Was asked what they wanted done I said fix my Jeep. Your r the techs not me. I told you the code you should have read up on it to trouble shoot. I feel I was treated very poorly as I am a woman. My boyfriend was not happy. Would never recommend bodwells ever

We work hard to make sure everyone has a good experience with every interaction with our dealership. It took a little while to get the Jeep in to the shop, because we had to work through the customers that had appointments first. We had some time, and we were able to get it in to take a look at it. We bought our 2020 Jeep from them In April. Our salesman was Steve and it was no pressure about anything. He took us through the changes between our purchase and the Jeep we traded. Very easy process, I’d buy from them any time.

When it was time to buy our new Jeep Wrangler Sahara, there were none on the lot. While talking to Mike St. Pierre, we decided to order a 2021 built just for us. Mike and Bodwell were very generous with us. Once our Jeep came in, Mike made sure to go over everything with us. We will make sure to bring our other car to Bodwll for service.
