Bodwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram always goes above and beyond to accomodate my vehicle repair and servicing needs. On my most recent service, it was imperative that I have my vehicle repaired and back to me within a specified length of time, which I clearly understood was not an easy task for any service facility to achieve. Bodwell came through for me again! Thank you to Mike (service manager) and Jason (service writer), as well as the mechanics (who always “do it right” the first time.
Just bought a 2020 Jeep Limited for my wife. This is the seventh vehicle we have purchased there since 1999. I always appreciate the no-pressure sales I get there. The service department is top-notch, and they always have a loaner available for me, to the point of one time loaning me a brand new vehicle to get me to work. My 2010 Charger will be turning over 250,000 miles in the next few weeks.
Had an issue with my Jeep and was concerned about driving it. They fit me in that morning and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. Appreciate their service.

The service department is thorough and very customer oriented. Friendly and very rapid service by experts in their field.
Service and parts are awesome but the Dodge company could do better on the recalls. I found out there was a recall on my Dodge Caliber R/T but didn’t know about it until it was to late. They have bad sub frames that rot out. They get rusted out and is cracking. I checked mine and it’s about to fall apart. Thank you Dodge for not letting me know about this.
