Could be nice.. My husband and I were looking into this property mainly for the potentially boat storage. At first, I thought It would be a good fit but as we walked around the neighborhood I noticed the lack of attention to the property and maintenance (see image) and It would be safe to assume that the interior is treated the same. Could have been great but oh well! You get what you pay for with this one I guess.
Love living here! The apartment complex is well-kept & water views are nice. The staff is friendly and extremely quick to respond to any issues. Had a problem with the AC & the entire unit was replaced within 24 hours! Great service! Lovely place to call home :)
Awesome place to live I love Boca Bend Marina. It’s clean safe and fun community with awesome property management that get things done.The location is outstanding - 1.5 to the beach, school district is in 2 mile range as well as Boca Raton finest shopping and restaurants. I particularly love intracoastal view from my apartment and the boating activity. Neighbors are friendly and apartments are newly renovated. I recommend our community to new comers and those who are looking to improve their quality of stay in Boca!
Great Place to live! Excellent Manager!! The place is just wonderful nothing but great vides this place gives. And the view outside is sure considering it.
Very Safe I have been living here for 10 years and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe community, specially good for kids. The school bus for Boca Elementary comes inside the complex to pick up my children every day which makes it very convenient. I'm very happy living here. New manager Alejandra is making a lot of improvements to the building.
Great Location Love loving here! Great location and the more updated apartments are nice, However units are a little pricey for the current market, even for a a waterfront property rent keeps increasing. Marina needs attention, and there are very few usable slips currently and no electric. Depending on the building you are in, parking may be a problem if you want to park near your own unit, lots of visitors and non residence using the waterfront to fish or paddle board. The area is what makes it. Realm Boca Raton is in a great location within walking distance to 24 hour pharmacies, three different grocery stores, and a local pizza restaurant. There is also great night life in Mizner park, which is only a few minute drive away. The buildings are recently renovated, but still very old. All new appliances, but old pipes in the building cause clogged drains and we even had one break. this apartment community has a beautiful view. I liked this place , specifically on afternoon. The sunset is beautiful and tje people is friendly and they like out door activities. The ate pool is large ,clean and very comfortable with BBQ grill and cabana. The other good od thing is: small community. The kids has plenty place to play and tje nimals is welcome. Its really a good place to live!
