It use to be better I have seen about 4-5 different property managers since living here, the latest one of course as many do come in with lots of changes and regulations. With that being said, the dog receptacle area is always empty of bags, the trash is overflowing, there are grocery carts by this random shed that one boater uses to haul his items. Great place to live If you are a boater, this is a great spot! Our property manager Bella, has made many improvements over the last couples years.
The Best Boca Apartment This is the apartment people dream of. I LOVE this place so much. Right when i moved in it was clean and amazing. The renovations they did are absolutely gorgeous. My favorite part is that you can walk along the marina. It has a nice breeze due to the water being right there so it’s nice on a hot day. The pool is amazing also with nice shaded areas to sit. To the best of the best It has been an elite and awesome experience at boca Bend marina. From the location, to the amazing staff such as Bella for being so helpful and kind on overall experience. Her knowledge as well as professionalism was very much appreciated and should be noted as top tier customer service. Any body looking to move into an amazing Community with great views and ambiance should look no further then boca bend marina.
Boca Bend I’ve Been at Boca bend for a little over a year now and have no plans on moving any time soon. The apartment is beautiful and Bella is awesome and takes care of any problems you have immediately. The move in process was quick and painless. Highly recommend!
Best Place in Boca Raton I have lived at the Boca Bend apartments for 10 years and have seen the property update over the years. The apartments are newly renovated. Maintenance and Property Manager Bella is always attentive and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend putting these apartments on your list. It is conveniently located very close to Mizner and downtown area, and easy to get to 95. In my opinion the perfect location for Boca.
my new home I moved in today and felt compelled to share my great experience. I had to find a place on a short notice and after looking at 6 different complexes in the Area, I fell in love with the Boca Bend Marina’s amazing location. I reached out to Bella, the property manager, and she was very accommodating and communicative through the process and meeting up my deadlines. She made this experience easier than a walk in the park and I’m extremely grateful for having her support now and while I reside here.
Love ! Very hardworking and accommodating staff. Bella is quick to reply and find solutions to problems immediately. My ac had stopped working late in the afternoon and she got someone to come and fix it immediately. Very happy with the boca bend complex.
Couldn’t be happier Going on 3 years and it just feels like home with a touch of vacation. Not only does the water view have a relaxing atmosphere but the light that reflex off the surface fills my apt with light. Spacious and maintained beautifully by our property manager, Bella.
