Wonderful living experience As a very long time resident I am compelled to provide feedback about living in the "Bend".I've witnessed the transformation of an average living experience to an extremely pleasant and modern one. A vast array of improvements have occurred over my 18 years here that there are too many to list. Great place to live This community has a great family atmosphere. Everyone so friendly. Bella the property manager is awesome. Always available to help you with any questions or concerns. Since she took over this property she has really transformed it with beautiful landscaping. Major apartment transformations. Beautiful renovated apartments I moved here a week ago, the place is very well kept, my unit was remodeled 8 months before me moving in. I like it so far, my only complaint is that is wasn’t painted before me moving in other than that i think it is a nice place. Some units are in nice spots with parks next to them. The maintenance comes right away and takes care of what needs to be fixed, which is very good.

Great place I moved to Boca Bend Marina about 2 months ago. My whole process was very smooth. Bella, the manager, was to the point and professional, she cares about her tenants and the community she did everything she told me she would do in my unit, she is the best I recommend to anyone who lives here.
Great location! Recently moved in and you can’t beat the location. The neighborhood is quiet and I love living here. My unit is newly renovated and gorgeous! Bella, the manager, was great to work with and is easy to work with and stays in great communication!
Great Apartment and Good Customer Service We just moved in last week we love it so far! Bella is such a great property manager, she is definitely just a phone call away. She is quick with answering every questions and she does very well in her job. The apartment it self is amazing we got the upgraded unit which is absolutely beautiful! Could be nice.. My husband and I were looking into this property mainly for the potentially boat storage. At first, I thought It would be a good fit but as we walked around the neighborhood I noticed the lack of attention to the property and maintenance (see image) and It would be safe to assume that the interior is treated the same. Could have been great but oh well! You get what you pay for with this one I guess.
