Called their nbr and they passed me on to another company - Pro Garage Doors, They called and said a technician will call me the next day. Next day another guy from a different company shows up. Quotes $1000 to replace a motor. Pls do yourself a favor, research the cost of a motor $300-$400 in amazon, before you call any of these guys. They all do a good job but try to upsell and also scare you that the door will fall on your head if not installed properly.

They insist we called a few months ago, so won't even take our calls. We have never called before and when I tried to explain that and asked to speak to the manager the woman answering the phone hung up first on my husband, then on me. I am sorry they have the wrong information but we have never dealt with them before. They refused to let me speak with the owner or manager. What a great experience! They came out the same day that I called, gave me a reasonable quote and the following day the work was complete! Bayran was awesome and explained to me how everything worked and let me know that he was a phone call away if there were any questions. Thank you so much!
