In 1971 Bob opened his first shop on Grand Island. This first shop was called Whitehaven Pro Shop. In 1973 the store moved to a new shop called Sheridan Suzuki in Tonawanda. In 1978 Bob added Honda and then moved to a new building on Sheridan Dr., also in Tonawanda. The name was changed to Sheridan Suzuki Honda. My husband transports motorcycles for a living and we went in today to pick up a bike for a customer. We were so impressed with the prices and customer service that we left with not only the customer's bike, but also a four wheeler for our daughter, and a generator for our motorcycle trailer. Great dealership stood by the sale even when polaris didn't. Thanks to them my family and I can enjoy 4 wheeling again. Can't believe the service I received. Sometimes it matters more how you are treated after the sale that counts more. The service managers there are great.

Please get more floor staff. I drove an hour to be at your store when it opened at 9 to look at a motorcycle. At 10:30 am and after to many laps around the showroom I still didn't get any help. Frustrating hour ride home to say the least.

Going on one year since I made my purchase with bob weaver and I still receive coupons, courtesy calls, etc. Just too see if everything is ok with my atv and to let me know they are there if I need them.
