In 1971 Bob opened his first shop on Grand Island. This first shop was called Whitehaven Pro Shop. In 1973 the store moved to a new shop called Sheridan Suzuki in Tonawanda. I brought a Ducati to diagnose a low power issue which the old service writer Dave I believe misdiagnosed my problem with selling it a Desmo service yes it was due but with a little more diagnosis time it could have found my fuel problem which they found after the fact. Dave has since left and I recently pick up my bike from Kevin he agreed with me about a desmo not being the root cause and made the situation more then right in my eyes. Got a call this afternoon (Friday) that a helmet that was ordered for me on Wednesday evening was in already (man, that was fast). Came in, tried it on and picked it up and a new battery (that was in stock) for the bike. Nice promotion (Spring Open House). Great customer service (Ray). Thanks!
Got a great price on a new old stock Honda. I ordered a slip on for it and picked the bike up with a shiny new exhaust installed. They had a lot of used inventory as well as decently priced new stuff and a few previous model year holdovers. Worth a look if you're shopping for anything powersports. Went back today for the open house and got a great deal on some new gear.
They bought a 2014 Ninja 650 from a friend of mine for $4k, and then told another friend that they received the same bike on a repo.
