In 1971 Bob opened his first shop on Grand Island. This first shop was called Whitehaven Pro Shop. In 1973 the store moved to a new shop called Sheridan Suzuki in Tonawanda. In 1978 Bob added Honda and then moved to a new building on Sheridan Dr., also in Tonawanda. The name was changed to Sheridan Suzuki Honda.
