Ken Gordon assisted my daughter and I with shopping for furniture. Not only was he polite and welcoming, he didn’t pressure us or “breathe down our necks”. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend Bob’s in Union, NJ. The customer service there was great! No one kept bothering me while I looked around. When you walk in and greeted they ask you if you have been there before and they explain things to you. And when you are ready and have questions, they were there and answered every question. I highly recommend you deal with Tammy there great customer service, very knowledgeable.
My experience was great. My sales associate Pat Semple did a wonderful job. She was very patient and upbeat, displaying knowledge about the furniture business. I have since sent my sister-in-law to her.
I had made a purchase previously and was very satisfied so when I needed to replace my den furniture and partial bedroom furniture I came directly here. I found everything I wanted right away and was very ably assisted by the sales associate Franco. He was very helpful and cordial. I will definitely come back for further purchases.
Robert Contreras was great w/me and my mom ! Very pleasant . If u ever go to this location try to get Robert as ur sale associate.

I loved the store in Union. Sales person and sales manager were really helpful. The delivery guys were amazing. They were polite and quick with removal of old mattress and setting up our new Bobopetic. Thank you so much. Had a wonderful nite sleep.
