I highly recommend this dealer ship. I have purchased my first Subaru from them in 2015 and couldn't be happier. They are highly informative about there cars and the sales people and also the service dept are top notch in my opinion . This dealer ship makes buying a car a very Fun experience . I have and will give them 5 STARS . And also Willie has got the whole place running like a well oiled machine. All I can say is there are great to deal with .Myself I would go nowhere else for sales and or service.

Brought my 2011 Subaru Outback in to repair/replace a recalled airbag & a couple lights, and there was 150% enjoyable to deal with from start to finish. Extremely friendly staff even went so far to look up all the services they performed to find that some were covered under an extended warranty. After servicing, they washed my vehicle, and pulled it right up to the door for me, with a cute little treat bag on the dash. It's so obvious how willing they are to go the extra mile and they really set the standard high.
My husband and I drove over 2 hrs to see a used Jeep. When we asked if there was anything wrong with the Jeep before we traveled that far, the salesman replied no there was not. Upon test drive we found the check engine light on, several other lights on the instrument panel indicating issues, clutch was slipping and it had an exhaust leak not to mention the scratches on the fenders. They are always courteous and willing to help in any way they can. No one ever gets pushy but always tell you how they can make you the best deal. I went in for an oil change, the service man reminded me of a recall and took care of it for me immediately. Also I am from about 2 hrs. away and am always worked in to get the help I need. I appreciate Bob ROHRMAN Subaru of Fort Wayne and that’s why I drive a little way because it does pay!!
