My experience with this dealership was 100% great until they evaluated my trade in. The salesman came back to tell me that the transmission was bad in my car, thus resulting in an extremely low offer for my trade. Kyle was super awesome! He explained the paperwork very well and treated us like royalty.
I took my car in for a warranty repair and asked them to look at my auxiliary cord connection as my phone wasn’t making consistent connection to Car Play. The tech said that there was ‘too much stuff in the glovebox and that was messing with the cord’. Having another appointment to go to, I left questioning that too much.
