This has been the worst car buying experience ever. Car purchased by my daughter and husband in November. Bogus $400 charge for unnecessary "equity protection plan" added to car loan. Still have not received title paperwork and temporary plate due to expire on 1/5/2019. Can never reach any one by phone, and calls are never returned. Still waiting on the return of the $400. Will never do business with this dealership or any Bob Rohrman dealerships again. Stay away from here!!!

I found everyone to be very pleasant and hardworking in helping me to purchase my vehicle. They have a very friendly atmosphere.
I would recommend them with caution. Requested and did not receive call backs on several inquiries into status of repairs on 2019 Outback. Picked up car yesterday and the problem appears to have been fixed. Simply keeping us in the know would have made our experience much better.
My salesperson, Aaron, was new to the job and I appreciated the way he was treated by management. Manager Dave was right there assisting me and training Aaron during the sale process. I am new to Subaru and leasing so I really appreciated Dave's honesty and his leasing logic.

sold us a lemon. refuse to help us out even though we were in a life-threatening situation due to cold weather and being broke down on the highway. basically said well it's your warranty companies problem
