Asked for pictures and got a response saying the car is available and they look forward to my call. I asked why they ignored my request for pictures and was told a tech was taking pictures "right now" and they would be sent over once completed. Two days later the GM contacts me to make sure his employee helped me with all the info I needed. I told him what had transpired and never got another reply from anyone... After reading reviews I'm begining to think it's a bait and switch
Taking off one star (it wouldn't allow me to take off only a half) because the salesman who initially responded to my inquiry I found condescending and unprofessional. Both the sales manager (who initiated contact with me after his salesman) and Mitch - the new salesman tagged in, who ultimately sold us the vehicle - were awesome. They went above and beyond to get us in this vehicle as quickly and easily as possible. Good multiple follow up
Nice car. Got sold prior to my seeing it. Dealer folks were upfront and called me immediately
They smother you . For a no pressure sales force. I didn’t experience that . Thank god I only used my Email address not my phone number
though I didn't end up purchasing the car, the salesman as well as the sales manager were very helpful. No high pressure tactics, no arm twisting. It was a very good experience.

They totally bait and switched me. This listing has extensive hail damage and it says it nowhere on the listing and the pictures don’t show any of it. When I called in and asked one of the reps David promised they would fix it for $1,000. Sounding too good to be true I called back in again and spoke to another rep who said there’s no way that could happen. He then asked for my credit card over the phone! You can’t buy vehicles over the phone and showed no interest in purchasing them and there. These guys are a joke!
