Garrett was very helpful and polite. I did get a different salesman that had attitude the whole transaction and didn’t seem to want to help or be at his job quite frankly. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles through them. I’d buy again through Garrett.
Traveled 600 miles to see a CX-5 and hoped to buy it. It was just what we were looking for. It was priced to sell. When we looked at the car it was covered in hail damage. No one ever mentioned this to us and it isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website listing or on Carfax. Total waste of time.
I drove 4 hrs to pick up an SUV, when I arrived find out that the car it got sold, after talking on the phone with Thomas for almost a week, so unprofessional I won’t ever buy from them, I learn my lesson after wasting 8hrs on the road round trip
Super understanding about my situation and patient, no pressure from them all which made me feel so much better about my decision! All super great! I’m so stoked about my new car

Was not good lied about car being inspected then wanted to have it inspected and they wouldn’t take it to them as I lived four hours away and then they recommended I tow the vehicle home for 8000 and the blue book is less then 6000 over priced and not willing to work with you bad dealership wrote gm and never replied won’t buy car here for sure

I really tried to deal with these guys but they made it next to impossible. They completely ignore the questions you ask, which they don't want to answer. Negotiating on price or trade-in allowance is responded with "Perfect! I'll get that approved, when can you come in?" only to tell you they can't make the deal you proposed. It's all about getting you in the door and ignoring any question you might have that could prevent that from happening. Liked the call back. First person couldn’t tell me about the warranty, but insisted I come in for a test drive. Second person called with more warranty information, again pushy on coming in for a test drive. Third person called to make sure the first two people called.
