This is the 2nd car we have bought from Bob penkhus at motor city. The staff there is very relaxed, friendly, willing to work for the customer and does not pressure the customer at all. When we have had to take the first car in for servicing, we had an issue and a manager dealt with it and helped us out. That is why we went back. If we have a need for a 3rd car in the future, we will definitely come back to this dealership.
Great experience, they were very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I will be recommending this dealership to family and friends!
Went in a couple weeks ago searching for a family vehicle with my fiancé. With a blended family of three kids who play sports, we were in search for something to accommodate sports equipment and trunk space for the larger grocery haul we make weekly. I went all the way to Colorado Springs to find out that the car was very badly damaged by a hail storm. That information was hidden by the dealership and the salesman. I don’t like dealing with dishonest businesses.
Car was a wreck. Literally the front cap was still hanging off of it. Ad did not mention this.
Purchased vehicle, but having to get all necessary paperwork has taken over 5 days.
