Took vehicle in on a Thursday morning. Never got a call with an update. Called to check on it 8 hrs later and was told not to plan on getting it back that day. Called Friday for an update, and was told they were working on it, and would call me back with an update. Never got the call, so I called in again and was told @ about 5:15 I wouldn't get it back for the weekend. I called Monday morning for an update, and was told they couldn't replicate the problem and I could pick it up.

Bought a 2018 ram from them. Immediately needed windshield wiper fluid. A oil change. An alignment, tires, an air filter. Dealership refused to do anything about it. Their excuse is that it "passed inspection" Last time I buy a vehicle from these crooks
