David and Aaron and all the rest of the crew in the service department go the extra mile in making sure the customer feels at ease. The work is always completed on time and up to standards.
We came in the dealership knowing we were between a rock & a hard place. I spoke to Jacob Gaddis for an entire week back & forth through FB messenger. He was very patient through this entire process. We had the best time even though we had 13 yr old antsy daughter, nervous hubby/wife. Jacob made us comfortable from the time we walked in. We sat scared what felt like eternity while we waited for approval. It was a very fast process(2 hrs max) I cried & couldn’t breathe when he came back with approval. This is new to us..
