RecommendedThe service department is great! Very helpful and courteous. They always get me right in. The oil change prices are comparable to Walmart, and the staff is much nicer! This way I know the work on my Chrysler 200 is being done right.

HUGE shoutout to service advisor, Jon Randall, and the team at Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of OKC service department! I had MAJOR issues with the service department at Bob Howard CDJR, trying to get my husband’s truck fixed, while he is deployed. Jon was so patient and kind, and he got the truck in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a great price and in a short period of time. I had a great experience at the service Dept. Aaron Boise treated me as if my small problem was the most important in the world and got it taken care of quickly. While they were taken care of that problem the young man noticed the driver side window didn’t close properly and fix that too. Thanks a lot for the great service and thanks to Brent Campbell for your consideration. 😃😃😃

Watch out. They sell Lemon Law buy backs. Was looking at a Chevy 2500 this weekend, and was about to sign paperwork and then they handed me notice that the truck was a Lemon Law buyback from California. This was after driving the truck home over night and coming back in the morning. Sales manager tried to tell me it was common and did not hurt the value at all. Buyer beware!!!

I have had quite a bit of work done on my car lately, John Randall and John Hornbeck took very good care of me. John H came to me and told me what was wrong and got the parts ordered immediately. I can not say enough good things about the car lot. It is the only place I will buy a car, we have always had good luck and the salesman ever (Hodges). Thank you for always being friendly and taking care of me and my car.
