If you are expecting to have customer service, Bob Moore Jeep is not the place to go. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!! I should say that it took the dealership over 30 days to get me the paperwork to get my tag which caused me to have to pay a penalty at the tag agency. The finance man referred to me as “sweetie” and “honey” until I finally had to tell him to stop. I don’t find it professional to call a woman you don’t know by these names.
Took my Dodge Charger in for Factory recall work. The service advisor, Aaron Bouse was very helpful, friendly and took care of my problem in a very professional way. They got my car fixed in a very timely manner. Would recommend Bob Moore Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep to anyone. I have purchased several vehicles from the Bob Moore auto group and always enjoyed doing business with them. Again, I would highly recommend the Bob Moore Auto Group to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
