Bob Moore Cadillac of Edmond needs a lesson on professionalism in a bad way. We took the car in for service which will be the 4th time for the same issue (totally different gripe and still not fixed) and this is how we get it back. They expect their loaner to come back with just as much gas as when you brought your car in yet return mine empty, for the second time in a row. Not to mention all of the bird poop!!
