I have been to this dealership a few times for routine service appointments and have always been happy with my experience.. For my last two visits I was helped by a service employee named Chad that went above and beyond. He was very patient with me and never brushed off my concerns or questions. I really appreciate that he checks on me often while I am waiting and seems to consider my time. Good car, not so good buying experience.
The service department is fantastic- fast, efficient repairs. The waiting room is very comfortable and they even offer loaner iPads besides refreshments. We drove from Ponca City for service, and will continue to do so. This is THE Cadillac experience!
Five Stars to Diron Carter... He is a Customer Service Professional. He took care of my maintenance service problems with a smile and a firm handshake. Ask for Diron when you make a service appointment - he'll treat you right.
Very attentive dealership with great employees
Our car salesman Anthony was the best. By far the easiest auto transaction I have ever had. He went above and beyond to help with as many discounts as he could for us . The wit was even wrapped in a bow when I arrived.
My service writer, Diron, was not available when I called to let them know I was headed to Bob Moore with my car, so Ryan graciously helped me. I drove in with a problem @ 1:00 pm and out @ 1:45 pm with problem solved. I would like to note that Diron did come by while I was waiting to say Hi.
