I live in North Texas and still come back to Bob Moore. The service department is the greatest!
WORST PLACE TO GET A VEHICLE!! We had to come back after we were ALREADY approved , for our payment to be changed because it “couldn’t be approved for what we had signed for”.. soo why let us take the vehicle home then.. also Make sure you double check the car fax. Pulled car fax on our vehicle we were told there was nothing on it.. went to go trade it in .. different dealership pulled the car fax and there was in fact stuff wrong with it.. called this dealership where we got our vehicle from, they told us there was nothing ... read more

I love love love Bob Moore Cadillac I have always gotten nothing but the highest of service always courteous there very fast on the turnaround time of getting your car back if i need something done , which I very rarely do I always get a loaner car with quality of the same car that I'm driving . Cadillac has just been a perfect car for me . Love the commercials on TV and I love my car care person which is Diron , always pleasant always ready to satisfy and get my needs taken care of as soon as possible and he always alert me... read more
