It was a delight to work with everyone there. The only issue is it took 6 hours from the time we walked in the door to put the door.
I purchased a pre owned vehicle from this dealership. They had great customer service during the sale. Terrible customer service after the sale. They supposedly run every vehicle through their shop, however my vehicle has a defective rear seat belt, that was noticed my detail shop once I took ownership. I would be reluctant to use their service center if this is an “acceptable and functioning safety item”. i would also have your own mechanic do an inspection prior to buying. Buyers beware!

On Friday, 9/6 my wife traveled over 70 miles to Bob Moore Cadillac (after working with the salesman) to look at a Cadillac Escalade they listed for $60k on their website. We came to the store to purchase the vehicle, however after we took a test drive with the vehicle and started to go over the numbers, their numbers showed the vehicle as being priced at 68k.
