Had a horrible experience. Car has to have repairs right after buying a used car. They don't seem to inspect cars very well and the manager of used cars is very dishonest
We bought a very nice (so we thought) 2011 SRX only 6 months ago and it seems to be in the shop at least once a month.. I am truly disappointed that I feel like I bought a lemon.. I highly doubt that our next vehicle will be a Cadillac.. It is very frustrating having to deal with these constant issues!
