I'm totally impressed with the service l have received from Bob Moore Cadillac for the last nine years. Driving my third Cadillac is certainly a testament to how l feel about Bob Moore Cadillac. Also l must give the same credit to the super service department, specifically Doug McKenna. Doug always greets me with my first name and when l leave he escorts me to my car with how much he appreciates my business. Great organization and super great people.

My husband and I have been to many dealerships where they basically give you an eye roll like you're there to waist everyones time, however everyone at this dealership went above and beyond and were all so helpful! We literally felt like family! If you need a great salesman ask for Landon!! He's so nice and patient and we had a great time working with him. Thank you Landon for the sweet new ride!!
The service department is first class. The employees that work there are very helpful and professional. This is one of the main reasons I drive across town to use this service department.
