Had the best car buying experience my mom and I ever had. They had a great selection of cars. When we told Adam what we wanted, he knew exactly what cars to show us. My mom ended up buying the first one he wanted her to see. Jamar, our salesman, was great! Everybody there went over and beyond. I will send all of my friends and family there. Great sales, finance and service teams! Family has now - as of 2 weeks ago - purchased 6 cars from Chad Ashley's team at the Edmond location. Would highly recommend them. And the service department is great too those few times a year we see them.
Salesman Will Dodd made my 35th anniversary surprise for my wife an experience she'll never forget. I purchased a 2012 CTS and Will said he would park it in the showroom with the 2015 models to surprise her when I brought her back later. At 2:30 was told 1 hour for oil change, no loaners available. At 4:20 service rep updated my wait status, "....ready in 30 minutes." At 5:05, "...car is ready out front." Two and half hour wait for oil change, which evidently was not enough time for wash. Seriously? If they had told me at 230 they were behind and couldn't guarantee wait time, I might have picked another day, or been more understanding. Not the case this time. Maybe the service reps should be more aware of service schedule before they give wait time estimates... read more
Sometimes bad experiences can turn into a positive, after talking to the right person Mr. Adam Black at Bob Moore Cadillac, we agree that communications is the key to any situation, I I'm happy we have an agreement and able to purchase my ATS at Bob Moore. Purchased A vehicle 6 months ago from Bob Moore Cadillac. Took it in for a touch up paint job, 2 days later the door handle was broke, they charged 500 bucks to fix it.......get it back 6 days later, door still not fixed....Now its @ another shop.Now, I have to pay someone else to fix what #bobmooreCadillac was Suppose to fix! This has been the worst experience ever!
