we have had good service in the past. but for 2 years we have been trying to get someone to come and reset the automatic garage door openers ..the salesman that sold us our car was inexperienced and reset the older car(which did not need it) now when one side is pressed the other door comes up and vice versa. have talked to several people and after two years-- nothing .service after the sale is zero

You just can't beat the personalized service at Bob Moore Cadillac -- kind of surprising for such a large dealership. Personally greeted from the moment the garage door rolls up and from service reps who know me; know my car. Loaner waiting, upon request -- no hassle repairs and fair pricing.
In for oil change, tire rotation, ect....always super service from my service advisor, Reggie Addington. Reggie always goes out of his way to insure that the work is completed to my satisfaction in the minimum of time. With the more than comfortable waiting area, time passes quickly, plus I had the opportunity to visit with my friend, Adran Gibbs. He's the man who found, and sold to me, my current Cadillac.
