Purchased a sofa for $1200 and decided that it wasn’t what I wanted. I returned the sofa and purchased a whole living room set for $3700. The salesman told me my total would be $3700 after the return My statement still shows the returned item plus the new living room set. I have contacted them several times and today I went there to straighten the issue out with no luck. I left and my BP was through the roof. I wanted to write and thank Joy for a wonderful shopping experience finding couches and tables. She and her supervisor Dakota were friendly, kind and caring. When they found out how Rooms to Go treated us and the furniture we had to live with for two years they gave us 20% off of our second couch. Bob should be very proud of their staff here in San Antonio Texas. Service today to tough to find, but Bob's staff know how to make it happen. I will buy all of my furniture from them from now on. CAUTION- We were so impressed with their salesperson. But I've paid full bill amount since 1.5 months, I've yet not got my stuff!! They delivered twice but damaged goods. Will never buy from them anymore!! 😡😡😡
Waiting 7 months for a part under warranty!!! Bought power sofa in Aug 20, went out Jan 21, still waiting for replacement!!!!
