I had the worst service experience today! I had problems with my Elantra and had it towed 45 minutes out of my way because I was so happy with my car buying experience with Bob Mayberry Hyundai. I was told I needed a new battery and given the price. I was then called 5 hours later and told whoops, you need a special kind of battery so it's going to be $100 more than we told you. Great Experience buying my used 2008 Chrysler Pt Cruiser Very Satisfied!!
This was my first visit to Bob Mayberry. After seeing a beautiful used Genesis from the road, I stopped in later that day, met with sales associate, John Troxell. Took a test drive and I was sold. Vehicle was very fairly priced and John made the purchase transaction go very smoothly. The team at Bob Mayberry are down to earth and pleasant to deal with. Made for a great vehicle purchasing experience.

purchased my first Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicle from this dealership and was given excellent service in 2013. My lease was coming to an end in February 2017 and I had spoken to a salesman in December 2016 and we were making decisions on another lease. I came up January 14th, 2017 to look at another vehicle and again I was given great service in the sales department. I left the dealership that night with my new car
