Mike and Todd were a pleasure to work with. I was able to “negotiate” pricing 100% over email. Once we agreed, Todd delivered the car to my house. We did the purchase paperwork at my kitchen table! I never had to go to dealership, play the salesman, me, manager back and forth game, and didn’t have to look at that 4 square nonsense. Great service and exceptional customer care. They even turned the seat warmer on and had the vehicle warmed up for me when it was ready to go. It was freezing out and I so appreciated that extra touch of service.
