After calling to inquire about a vehicle and confirming the appointment to look at it and driving an hour to go get it. They sold it without even giving me a call to let me know they had done so. I showed up for the car and it was gone and no one could call me to save myself a trip. I fully understand that these circumstances happen. But I'm the furious that they couldn't have told me and then had to audacity to offer me a newer model for 2000 more.
