Worst service department around. They love you when you buy it, and they'll love you for a 100k miles. As soon as that's over they try to steal, lie and cheat. My mother went in for a recall on her 2009 Santa Fe. Bad valve cover gasket causing premature failure of the alternator. They replaced it with no issues. Vehicle at 98k. Here it is just 4k miles later, 102k, and the valve cover is leaking again. Took it back and they pretty much said tough luck. No warranty on recall repairs. My husband and I visited Bob Mayberry Hyundai in hopes of trading in our truck to a new family car. The dealership had a great selection and we were immediately greeted. John Troxell was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us into the car that we wanted and for the price range that we needed to be in. He was patient and extremely personable. We left with a new car that we love and I believe that we will be long term customers.
They were through & fair with pricing. They kept me informed of everything. We have been a customer for years.
