I just got off the phone with Brenda at Bob Lowth Ford. She was extremely rude, interrupted me several times and never let me fully finish my question. We will be doing our automotive business any where else.
They have all the qualities of the old used care lot. High pressure sales, salesman that can't pause there practiced speech long enough to listen to a customer, and if you haven't left after that they start hitting you with financial questions before you have even had a chance to look at a vehicle. I honestly didn't think dealerships did this any more. My poor parents stopped in today to check out the sweepstakes event, I have never seen them so upset.
