What a great service department, I had the transmission serviced on my 2013 F 350 at Bob Lowth Ford today. Everyone was very nice. I will always be a customer at Bob Lowth Ford. I was at a point where I could say goodbye to our trusty old minivans and get my first really nice car so I called Todd Moudry at Bob Lowth Ford to help me. I had researched lots of models and wanted a Ford Edge. As soon as one was traded in Todd was texting me to let me know. Todd and Jeff showed us a couple different ones on two separate occasions.
