Excellent service! Brandon was amazing and made everything so quick and easy! He definitely is not your average car salesman, which is AWESOME. We did everything over the phone and once I got to the dealership, all I had to do was sign papers and I drove off the lot! :) I would definitely recommend Bob Lowth Ford to my family and friends.

I've had nothing but great service here! Brought my car in for an oil change and told them about some other problems I've been having they automatically knew what was wrong with my vehicle it was a clutch in the transmission they promptly set me up with an appointment to bring in my vehicle for repairs they even gave me a loaner vehicle to use for two days while they fixed it ... I got my car back and it runs smoother than ever nothing but great service from these guys I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
I want to give a big shout out to Star Whelan, Bob Lowth's Body Shop manager. I recently had to use the body shop services for my car and found that Star was excellent! She handled everything from the bids, to the insurance agent, to the insurance company, to the adjuster. I literally had to do nothing! And she is so friendly and her customer focus is superb! If you need any body work done, I would highly recommend Bob Lowth Ford Body Shop and Star Whelan.
