We had a great experience and all the workers were friendly.
had some service done which we were quoted a price and went the work was done about 3-4 weeks later because they had to order the part and we don't live in OKC. The total was more than double and the labor was over $250.00 for one and a half hour, their hourly rate was about $130.00 hour which is more than it cost to work on airplanes. which I thought was bad but I guess I will not be going back there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Service advisors are great here. I have been to several CJDR dealerships in the OKC metro and have personally found that Bob Howard is tops against all the others
