Shasta was super. Got me in and out on time. Was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. John who did the work on my truck is awesome. A great diesel person. Bought the truck at Bob Howard, an easy experience. They have done all service on the truck and it has been done properly and quickly each time. No repairs have been needed but if there are I would feel great having John work on the truck. Recommend this dealership highly. Nothing but tens on my rating.
I went in to look at a Jeep I saw online & wanted to discuss prices. Apparently since I’m a younger girl they thought I was dumb and tried to make me pay 18-20% interest. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Will never be doing business with them.
