Well never again shop this dealership or suggest it. They offer a vehicle online but say it's at a different location, then on top they say that they have to charge a 1600 delivery fee then say they can't negotiate price because it's at a different location even though they are offering it on their own website ! I've been fight with this dealership for 3 months now I've been wanting to purchase a vehicle but doesnt seem like they care enough to sell one. Just left the dealership. Came in to look at a Wrangler Sport with some aftermarket add-ons. Online the price is right around $33k and the description will lead you to believe that this price includes the $8995 worth of add-ons. When the price was presented to me however, they'd invoiced over $10,000 in add-ons on top of the original MSRP (NOT the advertised price online) all while offering HALF VALUE on my trade. Everyone was very nice and quick service.
I have a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country van that the transmission went out on and I had to tow it up to Bob Howard to have a new transmission put in. the service manager Richard Tow is awesome as always, and made sure that I got my car working and back to me as quickly as they could. About two weeks after I got it back the alternator went out I again had to tow it back up to Bob Howard and Richard again got it back to me within about a week and a half.
