Representative did not keep in touch on the process of my car.. i was not offered a loaner car for the week that they had my car. service department did not check out the recalls for my car yet charged me fpr work done on the same issues. I feel like i was taken advantage of because i am a woman. i will never bring my car back

Our sales rep, Nick, helped my hubby a few weeks ago purchasing his truck, and he was even more wonderful with my vehicle purchase. Honestly, he even came in on his day off to meet with me, which says a lot about his character! Finance guy, Ray, was excellent also. They didn't pressure or make you feel uncomfortable, and they both actually listened. Great job!!!
