I strongly do not recommend bob Howard dodge to anyone Donell Smith screwed me up bad my score was 860 n he told me that I can only qualify for 7.5 % for 72 months but it was a promotion going around the time 3.4 for 72 months with a credit score 680 plus my trade inn was worth 13.500 plus 6000 cash down payment n he only put 5000 on the contract but since it was cash he told me that I don’t have proofs of the 6 000 Very unprofessional I probably give him 1 star ⭐️

Bought a vehicle form bob Howard. Several months later I still don’t have a title. Every time I call someone except for the sales manager they are rude, can’t answer questions and don’t care about the issue. One person told my wife to just drive the car illegally until the title came in. Well we clearly are not Going to to do that so now it sits. Great work and the people
Even though they were very busy they were extremely helpful when I took The Gladiator in for routine maintenance. They said it would be about 3 hours before it would be ready. Only an hour & a half later it was ready! I’ll definitely be using this dealership in the future!!! Great customer service
